The LifeCo introduced detox to Turkey, and now at our tranquil spa at Akatlar we have a variety of programs to give you a break from daily stress and cleanse your body of toxins. After our program, you will have more energy, be in tune with your body and feel better than you have in years.
- Master Detox: This program is run daily and follows our classic 7-Day Detox program with the option to do a shorter Discovery Detox over a minimum of 4 days.
- Home Detox: Starting on a weekend day at the center, you will be shown how to follow the program on your own at home. During the first day you can join the yoga and meditation workshops and use the sauna, infrasalair sauna, Turkish bath and aromatherapy steam room. We also recommend that you do at least one massage therapy on this day. You may return at the end of your detox program on the fifth day for colon hydrotherapy (included).
- Day Detox: For those who have participated in our Master Detox or Home Detox program, our Day Detox will help you maintain a healthy balance. The Day Detox follows the same program as our Master Detox.
- Personalized Detox: Our Detox team and professional staff can develop a specialized detox program for you based on your personal needs, including Weight Loss Support, Pre-Pregnancy and Post-Natal Cleansing, Smoking Cessation, Stress or Depression treatment, and Pre-Wedding Detox.
We recommend that you spend your detox day at our center, where you can let your body and mind to fully relax and take advantage of our therapies, yoga, meditation and specialists throughout the day. If your schedule doesn’t allow this, you can come by the center in the morning to pick up your shakes and herbs for the day and return in the evening to enjoy therapies, yoga, speak with our specialists, have a chat at the Detox Bar and enjoy your last shakes.
