Our Day Spa is an oasis in the heart of the city, with everything you need for a relaxing and pampering break. It includes separate sections for men and women with a traditional Turkish bath, traditional sauna, infrasalair sauna, aromatherapy steam room and a variety of specialty massages.

• Turkish Bath: Cleanse your toxins and relax in the traditional Turkish bath, with its exquisitely tiled walls and lighted dome. We offer the Traditional Turkish Scrub and Foam Massage which decongests and invigorates your skin, helping your body remove toxins.
• Infrasalair Sauna: Our infrasalair sauna is the first of its kind in Turkey and can be used with either infrared heat or salt steam. The infrared sauna gently removes impurities by heating your body directly instead of heating the air so you can comfortably enjoy the benefits for longer. It also burns calories more quickly than traditional saunas. The salt bath uses very fine saltwater mist together with ionized air to create an invigorating environment similar to that of the Dead Sea. We use pure Himalayan salt which contains 84 minerals, and your body will feel the rejuvenating effects.
• Traditional Sauna: The traditional sauna has a view into our tranquil botanic area. You will be renewed in the aromatherapy steam bath with its beautiful glass tile mosaic design. Using special essences, the herbal steam helps release congestion in your head and chest.
• Massage Therapies: You will feel like you’ve been transported to the Far East in our massage rooms, which are decorated with Asian accents and exotic flowers. Relax while our therapists pamper you with one our many massages: Aromatherapy, Traditional Balinese, Traditional Thai, Shiatsu, Chi Nei Tsang, Reflexology, 4 Hands Pampering, Udo’s Choice or Balinese Scrub. You can also have a Thai Massage in our traditional open-air sala. If you want the royal treatment, you can have the massage of your choice plus body scrub, or traditional Balinese rice and honey body mask in our VIP massage room.
