Yoga & Flexibility An important focus of well-being is keeping your mind, body and spirit in balance. Our Akatlar center has classes and workshops to support your practice and teach you ways to maintain this balance on your own.
- Yoga and Meditation: Our classes are held daily as a part of our detox programs, but they are open to people who aren’t detoxing as well.

- Private flexibility classes work with individuals on a one-on-one basis and are tailored specifically for you. Our instructor will review your condition based on your lifestyle and develop a program to address your needs. Types of flexibility programs include stretching for pregnancy and stretches that wake up and stimulate the body in the morning.
- We also have workshops that are held by leading teachers in their area, and include topics such as breathing techniques, reiki, qi gong, Far East relaxation techniques and color therapy.
