My mind opened up
"I didn't watch TV the entire week even though it was in my room. I did yoga and meditation and had a steam bath every day. The first day I got a hamam massage. I left myself in the fabulous hands of masseurs for various types of massages. I took small walks, attended informative talks, read related books. So I was a model guest (except my dreams about food)! The result: I started the week at 116 kg and finished at 105.9 kg. I will be here again in May and I feel fantastic.
