The Chef de Cuisine description in brief includes:
- working with executive chef in setting systems, menus, overall daily operations, food productions and kitchen management
- overseeing and management of fast paced kitchen production
- opportunity to grow with the company
- Salary to be discussed upon experience.
Applicant requirements for Chef de cuisine:
- European passport is a plus; Knowledge of local resources and market a must
- leadership - 4 years minimum kitchen management experience
- open minded, and passionate about new culinary concepts
- creative within a structure
- knowledge of common POS, excel, inventory systems, stocking programs etc
