| Instructions: | | - Sit on floor with legs spread apart as wide as possible.
- Ensure knees and toes are pointing straight up and toes are pulled back.
- Lean forward between your legs from hips, resting on your hands or elbows if you can get that far. Feel stretch in both hamstrings and inside of thighs (adductors).
