Hamstrings and Thigh Adductors
Loosens the insides of our thighs while providing a good hamstring stretch. Prevents potential groin strains which are often a result of these muscles being stretched beyond their limits.
Practice Level: Optimum
Instructions:
  • Sit on floor with legs spread apart as wide as possible.
  • Ensure knees and toes are pointing straight up and toes are pulled back.
  • Lean forward between your legs from hips, resting on your hands or elbows if you can get that far. Feel stretch in both hamstrings and inside of thighs (adductors).
