Realize Your Dreams with Creative Visualization!

Every day, every minute and even every second we are creating our life through the power of imagination, also known as the universe’s creative energy. This practice is called ‘creative visualization’ and we may or may not be aware that we are using it.

By consciously using creative visualization, it is possible to realize your dreams and enrich your life with health, good relationships, happiness, affluence, relaxation, prosperity and abundance. All we need to do is understand the basic principles, create a picture in our mind and keep feeling like the object we envisioned has become true.

Your intention doesn’t need to be just physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, nor do you need to focus on only one. While imagining ultimate relaxation, you may also decorate your fantasies with a new house and the fulfilling, motivating job that you’ve been looking for. Your dreams and imagination are the key thing – you are the limit!

How does creative visualization work?

Energy is magnetic and like a magnet has a certain frequency that is attracted to similar frequencies. It’s the same with your thoughts and feelings – you are what you think! Our dreams are first created in the mind. Keeping a dream or thought in your mind is a form of energy, and whatever comes to mind, whether positive or negative, will happen. The universe will just respond to the frequency you sent. It’s unbelievably powerful, but this simple!

4 Steps for effective creative visualization

1. Make your goal known!

Decide what it is you want. Don’t worry about how important you intention is. If you want to practice first, start with small goals that can come true in the near future while doing the essential mental investment to create your long term dreams.

2. Be clear!

Bring your dreams to life by living as if your dream has come true the way you want it to. Try to envision yourself in that position, and be sure to pay attention to even the little details.

3. Focus!

Every time you think of your goal, visualize it in your mind and allow it to become a part of your life. Be sure to give it a clear but light and gentle focus. Using up too much energy on an intention creates obstacles instead of helping.

4. Affirm!

Find your own message. Call this your affirmation. By using affirmations you help get rid of doubts and insecurities. Don’t use words as if it will happen in the future, but as if it has already happened and be sure to focus on positive outcomes. Don’t express things as you don’t want them to happen - depict them as you want them to happen. For example, instead of saying ‘I’m not single’ say ‘I’m in a loving and fulfilling relationship’.

Remember!

Creative visualization is only effective when it’s used for good outcomes. When it’s used harmfully or against another being, it has a boomerang effect and will come back to you. Before achieving your goal it may change as you find you may no longer be attracted to the things you used to be. If this happens, don’t be insistent about focusing on your goal. If you’ve lost interest it may be time to focus on a new intention.
