An important focus of well-being is keeping your mind, body and spirit in balance. Our centers have classes and workshops to support your practice and teach you ways to maintain this balance on your own.

  • Yoga and MeditationYoga is an important aspect of our purification program. When we eliminate old poisons from our system, negative emotions are also released. Yoga is a powerful tool for bringing harmony and balance to the body on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Our classes are also open to people who aren’t detoxing.
  • Private flexibility classes work with individuals on a one-on-one basis and are tailored specifically for you. Our instructor will review your condition based on your lifestyle and develop a program to address your needs. Types of flexibility programs include stretching for pregnancy and stretches that wake up and stimulate the body in the morning.
  • We also have workshops that are held by leading teachers in their area, and include topics such as breathing techniques, reiki, qi gong, Far East relaxation techniques and color therapy.
