Traditional Intermittent Fasting is a type of scheduled eating plan where you adjust your normal daily eating period to an hours-long window of time without cutting calories. Typical fast time ranges from 14 to 18 hours, and the longest you'll ever abstain from food is 36 hours.

This program is for those who want to leave their daily dietary routine, and who want to lose weight in a healthy, fun and lasting way. It features a raw-vegan menu prepared by SAF Restaurant which is slightly higher in calories. It contains energy which addresses low basal metabolic rate and anybody who wants to lose weight can join this program.
During this program based on 800-900 calories, you will increase the amount of alkaline foods you eat, enjoy energizing low glycemic index desserts, and feel full with healthy snacks. You will have the nutrients that you eat normally, such as vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, protein and fat, but much healthier versions containing much fewer calories.

  • A generous amount of detox soup (at least 5 big cups a day) and various herbal teas should be consumed during the day.
  • It is also recommended to participate one Yoga/ Meditation class per day.
  • At least 1 liter of alkaline water should be consumed per day.  Liquid intake is one of the most important aspects of this program.
  • Massage therapies and daily use of Turkish Hamam, Steam Room and Infrared Sauna will speed up your detoxification process.

Evendough intermittent fasting is not based on calory restriction, to be able to get the anti-aging effect and being able to loose wieght, our program will offer you raw – vegan diet which will be based on 800-900 c.calories per day which provides you the most reserve -aging effects. Thats why it is called Anti- Aging diet plan. During the program you can combine your meals with some healty cooked ones but diet will still remain vegan to exhance the heath benefits.

What Is The Purpose Of The Program

Fasting will help your body adjust from burning carbs to burning fat. Eating on a six- to eight-hour window can take a few weeks and should be done gradually. Once your body has successfully shifted into fat burning mode, it will be easier for you to fast for as much as 18 hours and still feel satiated. Your craving for sugar will slowly dissipate and managing your weight will be easier.
