When you first arrive at The LifeCo Bodrum, you will receive a detailed presentation by our Detox Program Managers regarding the programs and the therapies and you will also have a doctor consultation. Together by analizing your health form, the most suitable program will be chosen for you during this presentation. In addition, after the presentation you will be given your hourly schedule untill the day of your check-out. Your program may change according to your needs during your period of stay.

How many days are recommended?

You can do certain type of detox programs for the period of time that you wish; however to have effective results we recommend for you to do minimum 7 to 10 days. For the chronic disease prevention and cancer support programs however the length would be increased according to your rate of recovery and scope of the program.

Will detox help me quit my bad habits? (smoking, alcohol, snacking etc.) ? 

The Detox programs that we offer with the assistance our program managers and other extra therapies that you might have, will be effective in the long run. After the 3rd day of any program you will observe a significant decrease in your need for your old habits such as smoking, alcohol and bad eating habits.

Will there be a specialist following up with me during the detox period?

After creating your custom detox program and initial doctor consultation, our doctor, nurses and detox managers will constantly follow-up with your condition. Any question you might have during your stay will be answered and you will be guided by our professionals. 

What will happen after I am finished with the Detox Program?

We have 2 different types of rooms that you can accommodate: Standard rooms which are 25 m2 and 40 m2 suite rooms. The Standard rooms have just one room which is the bedroom, while suite rooms have both bedroom and living room. All of our rooms have a balcony and garden view.

All of our rooms include a TV, DVD player, safe box, and free wi-fi internet connection.

After taking pre-payment for the amount of 50% of the Standard Detox Package, your reservation will be confirmed via e-mail. This payment can be made by mail order or bank transfer.

How can I make payment?

You can pay with a credit card or make a transfer to the relevant bank account.

How much am I going to pay for the first night?

If you arrive the night before you start your detox, we do not charge anything extra for the accommodation. The bill will be settled depending on the days of detox that you do.

Can I have a late check-out?

The time of the check-in is after 12:00 pm and check-out before 12:00 pm. We will try our best to make arrangements depending on the availability of the center on that day, however we cannot confirm that before hand.

Which airport should I arrive? Do you arrange ground transportation?

Once you land on the Bodrum International Airport, our driver will greet you and bring you to our center which is a 30 minutes’ drive from the airport. The transportation cost is a fixed fee of 60 Euros.

What clothes should I bring with me?

Sportswear and swimsuit would be sufficient to wear during your program. (For the daily walks, yoga classes, use of the fitness room, daily pool/sea/infrared sauna/steam room usages etc.)

How far is the facility from the city center?

The cove where The LifeCo’s private beach and the public beach is located is only a 5 minutes walking distance from the center. (approximately 300 meters)

Is there a free access to the private beach for the guests?

Yes, every guest can enjoy the private beach (allocated for The LifeCo guests only) at any time.

Are there activities to attend during my detox period?

During the summer you can swim in the pool/sea, go for a boat trip, do water sports, go for hiking, do yoga /piloxing / zumba, use the fitness room and the spa area. In the winter time you can use the fitness room and the spa area, go for hiking, attend to yoga / piloxing / zumba classes.
