The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the Law) has entered into force on April 7, 2016, and contains regulations about processing all kinds of information relating to identified or identifiable real persons.
This notice is provided by Keyifli İşler Turizm Gıda Sağlık İnşaat ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. located at Maslak Mah. Büyükdere Cad. USO Center No:245 Kat: 15 iç No: 56 34398 Maslak/Sarıyer/İstanbul (“Company”) in order to inform you about processing of your personal data for the purpose of enabling you to use the services (“Website Services”) offered on the Company’s website at https://www.thelifeco.com/. In this context, the scope of this notice covers the processing of personal data of the real persons using the Website or making reservations within the Company through the use of remote communication tools.
Please read this notice carefully and review the provisions regarding your personal data processed within the Company through the Website. In accordance with the Law, your personal data may be processed by the Company, as the data controller, within the scope described hereunder.

1. Data Subject, Data Categories, and Data Types
As real persons using the Website or making reservations within the Company through the use of remote communication tools within the scope of Website Services, your personal data specified hereunder is processed:

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data listed above may be processed for the purposes mentioned hereunder, which are the basis for your disclosure of such data to the Company, within the scope of the conditions for processing personal data set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law in accordance with the conditions and principles of (a) being in conformity with the law and rules of good faith, (b) being accurate and, where necessary, updated, (c) being processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, (d) being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed, (e) being retained for the period required by the applicable legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, stipulated in Article 4 of the Law.
Your personal data is collected by the Company by way of fully or partially automated or non-automated means, provided that it is part of a data recording system, with the forms you fill out through the call center, the Website or via links provided by the Company when you make a reservation electronically with the use of remote communication tools or through the channel you used to communicate with us, when you communicate with us via other e-mail channels or physically, when it is delivered to the Company by notification or post or notified by legal authorities. The purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data are set out below.
a. Communication Processes Between Customers and the Company
These are the personal data processing activities we conduct in order to communicate with you when you click on the “contact us” or “call us” tabs on the Website or request to contact the Company via the Website.

b. Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Message Delivery
If you have given your consent in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages issued basing on this law, commercial electronic messages may be sent to you for purposes such as providing information about our products and services, promoting them, keeping you informed about our campaigns, and similar purposes, and your personal data may be processed accordingly.

– Conducting marketing analysis studies

Legal Grounds: Legitimate interest, explicit consent for personal data other than transaction security information. (If you provided the Company with your electronic communication address during transactions for the supply of goods or services before 01.05. 2025, your personal data processed within this scope, may be processed in conformity with the legal grounds of “explicitly provided for by law” and/or “explicit consent” since the databases are deemed to be approved pursuant to Provisional Article 1(2) of the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages).
c. Reservation Processes
These are personal data processing activities we conduct for the purpose of making reservations at any one of the hotels within the Company through electronic means by using remote communication tools, including forms completed via the call center, the Website, or links provided by the Company, as well as through other e-mail channels.
Processed Personal Data: Identity, Contact Information, Customer Transaction Information, Financial Information, and Health Information
Purposes of Processing Personal Data:
– Conducting activities in compliance with legislation,
– Conducting finance and accounting activities,
– Conducting communication activities,
– Conducting/monitoring business activities,
– Conducting product /service selling processes,
– Conducting customer relationship management processes,
– Conducting contract processes,
– Providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.
Legal Grounds: Necessity for the establishment/performance of the Distance Sales Contract and fulfillment of legal obligations; explicit consent for health data.
It is important to note that, the above health-related information must be provided for reservations since the Company’s hotels operate specifically in the field of detox and wellbeing. This is because the service provided to the customer will be based on the information provided by the customer to the Company. Therefore, the relevant health data will be collected by the Company under your explicit consent by completion of forms via links provided to you by the Company. If you do not wish to provide this information, you may not complete the relevant forms and cancel your reservation.
d. Management of Payment Processes
Processed Personal Data: Identity, Transaction Security Information, and Financial Information
Purposes of Processing Personal Data:
– Receiving payments,
– Conducting and auditing finance and accounting processes,
– Conducting billing processes,
– Conducting information security processes and investigating suspicious transactions,
– Ensuring the security of operations related to the Website.
Legal Grounds Our legal obligations, establishment/performance of the Distance Sales Contract, and legitimate interest.
e. Legal Process Execution Processes
Processed Personal Data: Identity, Contact Information, Legal Process Information, Customer Transaction Information, Transaction Security Information, Financial Information, and Visual and Audio Recordings
Purposes of Processing Personal Data:
– Conducting legal and litigation matters,
– Responding to your legal requests,
– Reviewing and responding to your requests regarding personal data,
– Conducting activities in compliance with legislation,
– Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation,
– Conducting legal advisory processes,
– Sharing information with authorized persons, institutions, and organizations upon request,
– Exercising and protecting a right in the event of a legal dispute.
Legal Grounds: Necessity of data processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right and for the fulfillment of our Company’s legal obligations.
3. Persons to whom and Purposes for which the Processed Personal Data may be transferred
Collected personal data may be transferred and processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and within the scope of aforementioned purposes and the legal reasons for data processing, in line with and limited to the achievement of these purposes.
In this context;
– All personal data, except for visual and audio recordings, as stated above, are transferred abroad for the purpose of carrying out storage activities due to the fact that the servers of the service provider from whom the server service is obtained for the Website are located abroad. The transfer abroad is made to our suppliers (third parties from whom server and e-mail services are obtained) in their capacity as data processors in accordance with the standard contract executed under the provision of Article 9/4-(c) of the Law within the framework of the aforementioned legal grounds for data processing.
– Upon confirmation of your reservation and if you request a transfer, your identity, contact, and customer transaction information will be transferred to our service providers who will carry out the transfer from the airport to the hotel. If you select a facility abroad during the reservation process and therefore our facility is located abroad, your data will be transferred to our service provider located abroad.
– Your identity, contact, and financial information is shared with our contracted banks and other payment institutions for the purpose of executing and tracking your payment processes.
–Identity, contact, and financial information of our customers is transferred to our financial advisors, financial and tax service providers, and accountants located within the country for the purposes of fulfilling our legal obligations, managing bills and payments, and ensuring financial control, within the framework of the aforementioned legal grounds for data processing. If you select a facility abroad during the reservation process and therefore our facility is located abroad, your data will be transferred to our service provider located abroad as well.
– Your identity, contact, and customer transaction information is shared with our suppliers who provide call center services in order to enhance the customer experience, manage requests and complaints, and facilitate customer communication.
– Upon request by authorized institutions and organizations, transaction security and identity information of our customers may be transferred to our lawyers located within the country and to authorized institutions and organizations in order to fulfill our legal obligations.
– For the purposes of following legal and enforcement processes, identity, contact, legal process, customer transaction, transaction security and financial information, audio-visual recordings, as well as health information of our customers, may also be transferred to our financial advisors, accountants, and lawyers located within the country, and to authorized public institutions (courts and/or enforcement offices) and mediators based on the legal justification that it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right.
– For the execution of billing processes, the electronic sending of e-bills to customers, the delivery of physical contracts or bills, the management of financial and accounting processes, the identification and assessment of risks, preventing fraud, receiving or completing payments, executing and tracking your payment processes, your identity, contact, and financial information may also be shared with our service providers, banks, payment institutions, e-bill partners, shipping and courier companies, private integrators, independent auditors, and financial advisor/accounting service partners located within the country.
– If you select a facility located abroad during the reservation process, and therefore our facility is located abroad, your identity, contact, customer transaction, financial, and health information may be transferred to our facility abroad for the purposes of managing your reservation and providing you with services. In this context, we will transfer your personal data mentioned above to our facility in the relevant country basing on your explicit consent given on a voluntary basis by making a reservation at our facility abroad. Furthermore, we may operate our facility in the relevant country together with our business partners; in this case, your personal data will also be processed by our business partner located in the relevant country, limited to the reservation and service.
4. Rights of the Data Subject listed in Article 11 of the Law
As the data subject, you may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, to the email address info@thelifeco.com or to the Company’s address mentioned above, in accordance with the “Communication on the Procedures and Principles for Applying to the Data Controller,” to carry out the necessary changes, updates, and/or deletions and related requests.
SMS/Mobile Messaging Privacy
In addition to the personal data processing activities described in this Privacy Policy, Keyifli İşler Turizm Gıda Sağlık İnşaat ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect and process your mobile telephone number and information relating to SMS/text-message communications when you choose to communicate with us by text message or opt in to receive SMS communications from us.
Information We Collect
In connection with our SMS/mobile messaging services, we may collect and process:
- Your name and surname;
- Your mobile telephone number;
- Your communication and marketing preferences;
- Your SMS opt-in and opt-out records, including the date, time, and method of consent;
- Messages and other information you send to us by SMS;
- Message delivery, interaction, and related technical information; and
- Information reasonably necessary to respond to your requests, administer reservations, provide customer service, or deliver communications you have requested.
Purposes of SMS Communications
Depending on the consent you provide and your relationship with the Company, we may use SMS/text messaging to:
- Respond to inquiries and customer-service requests;
- Provide reservation confirmations and reservation-related updates;
- Provide appointment, accommodation, transfer, check-in, check-out, or service-related information;
- Send transactional or administrative notifications;
- Provide information that you have specifically requested; and
- Where you have separately consented to receive such communications, send promotional, marketing, campaign, or special-offer messages.
Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from the Company.
SMS Consent and Mobile Information
Where consent is required, we will obtain your consent before sending marketing or promotional SMS/text messages.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The above exclusions do not apply to disclosures to service providers that act on our behalf and assist us in delivering SMS communications, such as telecommunications carriers, messaging-platform providers, and other technical service providers. Such providers may receive information only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf and are not authorized to use SMS consent or mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from an authorized governmental authority, or where necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of legal rights.
Opting Out of SMS Communications
You may opt out of marketing SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message you receive from us. After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.

Opting out of marketing SMS communications does not prevent us from contacting you through other channels where permitted by applicable law, nor does it necessarily prevent communications that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested or to complete an existing transaction, where such communications are permitted by law.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Retention and Security
We retain SMS-related personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including maintaining records of consent and opt-out requests, complying with applicable legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
We take reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect personal data processed in connection with our SMS communications.
Relationship With Our General Privacy Policy
The Company’s general Privacy Policy, including the provisions concerning the collection, processing, transfer, retention, and protection of personal data and the rights of data subjects under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), also applies to personal data processed through SMS/mobile messaging.
Where personal data is transferred outside Türkiye in connection with the provision of SMS or messaging services, such transfers will be carried out in accordance with applicable requirements under KVKK, including Article 9 where applicable.
