TheLifeCo water fasting program takes place under medical supervision and includes therapies, workshops and lectures to support the program process. During this journey, you will be guided according to your metabolic needs. Moreover, you will receive medical advice from your assigned doctors, nurses and program coordinators.

During the water fasting program, your orthostatic blood pressure is measured once a day, and your glucose and ketone levels 3 times a week. In a minimum of 7 days water fasting program, you will receive complementary therapies to have the necessary on your detoxification process. Complementary therapies may vary across our other locations.

We recommend the 21-day Water Fasting Program to reach the potential benefits of water fasting. Because it is just the suitable duration to form a new habit and dissolve the old one, besides, it helps you cleanse your body effectively, lose excess weight and improve your fitness.

What is Waiting for You After Water Fasting Program?

During the water fast, the body undergoes several biological changes. Introducing regular foods slowly will help you break a fast safely without disrupting your digestive system when you finish a fast.

Taking it slow and easy allows you the opportunity to integrate your newfound clarity on your relationship to food. Start with fruits with high water content.

As melons have a water content, about 90%, we use and serve them to provide proper hydration during the fast-breaking period. Melons are nutrient-dense and essential for maintaining good nutrition after water fasting. They have high amounts of vitamin A, B, and B6 and amino acids and antioxidants to nourish the body.

After a water diet, breaking the fast safely and slowly is highly recommended to avoid potential problems and side effects and ease the digestion process. For each week of water fasting program, we strongly recommend two days to break your fast.

For 7-day water fasting, you need 2-days, for 14-day water fasting, you need 4-days and for 21-day or more water fasting, you need 6-days to break your water fasting safely.

Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, cachectic patients, people with eating disorders, health conditions and under 18 years old should avoid a water diet.

Before joining the water diet At TheLifeCo, you can follow the pre-detox guideline. This way, you can receive the maximum benefit of water fasting. However, the main things that you should take into account are as follows:

  • Try to avoid meat as best as you can; other animal products are off-limits as well. Dairy products should be consumed mindfully.
  • Have a balanced diet of raw and steamed vegetables. It is good to convert 75% of your diet into raw or steamed vegetables. The other 25% should also exclude high acidic foods. If your digestion is weak, you may increase the amount of steamed or baked vegetables in your diet.
  • Dinner latest at 17:00 is ideal. This way will get used to fasting before a water diet.
  • It is good to avoid sugar (especially added sugar). Try to replace it with organic honey, maple syrup, date syrup, or coconut sugar.
  • We do not advise fried foods before water fasting. If you use oil, use avocado oil, cold-pressed organic olive oil, coconut oil or flaxseed oil if possible.
  • Would you please try to avoid any packaged foods – drinks and consider the organic food certificated ones?

Alternate day fasting is a way of doing intermittent fasting. It works as; fasting every other day but eating on the non-fasting days. This is not possible on a water fasting program and water diet.

You can do water fasting for weight loss based on your goals. At TheLifeCo we plan your water fasting schedule based on your current health goals. We recommend a minimum of 7 days of water fasting program.
