TheLifeCo Phuket FAQ

TheLifeCo Phuket is one of the best Phuket detox retreat and wellness resorts, located on the island of Phuket, Thailand, in the peaceful Naithon region.

The easiest way is to arrive at Phuket International Airport (HKT), the only airport on the island. We can organise a private airport transfer — a VIP minibus is 800 THB / €20 per way for up to four people. The center is roughly 15 minutes from the airport.

Phuket has a tropical climate and is warm all year, ranging between 25–34°C (77–93°F). The dry season begins in November and usually lasts until May.

TheLifeCo Phuket has 31 bungalows across three room types: Standard Bungalows (30 m²) with private pools, Suite Rooms (60 m²) with semi-private pools, and Deluxe Lake View Rooms (35 m²) with semi-private pools. All rooms include a TV, safe box, hairdryer, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Naithon Beach — where our Beach Bar is located — is about 2 minutes away by car. Nai Yang Beach is around 10 minutes away, and Layan, Banana and Bang Tao beaches are within a 15–20 minute drive.

We highly recommend a pre-detox before your program, and provide a pre-detox guide covering what to eat, drink and avoid (such as dairy, meat and coffee). If you cannot complete it beforehand, we can put you on a pre-detox process on arrival.

With a pre-detox, a 4 to 7 day program at TheLifeCo Phuket provides effective detoxification, triggering your body’s natural detox and healing power. You can choose your dates based on your availability and needs.

A 50% pre-payment confirms your reservation. Check-in is 2:00 pm and check-out 12:00 pm. Cancellation terms:

14+ days before: no charge
7–13 days before: 50% of the deposited amount
Less than 7 days before, or no-show: full charge of the deposited amount
