1. DRINK A GLASS OF WARM WATER IN THE MORNINGS
Remember every morning a new life begins! A refreshing and energizing start with a glass of hot water with some fresh lemon juice and a pinch of unrefined salt (whether rock or sea) will cheer your body and your soul by balancing your electrolytes, soothing your digestion, promoting body’s pH balance, accelerating blood circulation.
