After these sessions, participants will learn how their body tells them which food is suitable, what matters when choosing food and how to reach and maintain their individual ideal weight.
Topics to be covered:
- Introduction to Somatic Intelligence
What does body intelligence mean? How can it guide your eating habits, improve body functions and well-being?
- Nutritional Meditation
Guided meditation followed by a group discussion; including recommendations on how to continue at home.
- Regulating body signals while eating
- Criteria for self-determined nutrition
- Acidic households
- Essential oils for detox and weight loss.
Dr. Anna Kalbhenn
Anna has been fascinated by holistic health issues and the interplay of emotional, mental and physical well-being for a long time. She is a certified trainer for somatic intelligence, certified wing waves coach®, a certified consultant for self-supply with edible wild plants – the only university accredited certification in this area – , certified hypnocoach, and certified acid-base trainer.
Being one of the first to have been awarded this certificate by Thomas Frankenbach. She studied different coaching and self-management methods, such as the Zürcher Ressourcen Modell (ZRM®).
In her work, she combines different methods to best suit her customers’ needs. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and insights. Her mission is to empower people to take care of their lives and live the best version of themselves.
