Visiting Therapist, 21-25 August
With Dr. Ornella Corazza, you will learn essentials to manage the mind, expand consciousness and develop a greater awareness of the present moment, while releasing pain, grief, anger, shame and the addictive behaviours.
This course series offers novel insights on how addictions lead to a deep disconnection between the mental and physical aspects of our being. It explores the key features of an addictive personality, while generating new experiences in participants, which are transformational and life-enriching.
It examines the underlying mechanisms of addictions, such internet, gambling, food, exercise and drugs, on body and mind and the less explored link with emotions. It will address the gaps between recovery and healthy living and the use of enhancement products.
By combining neuroscientific theories of consciousness and Buddhist teaching to connect within, it presents various techniques to manage the mind, expand consciousness and develop a greater awareness of the present moment, while releasing pain, grief, anger, shame and the addictive behaviours. It will help participants to develop a sense of forgiveness and acceptance for themselves and others, while initiating a path of self-discovery among those who find it difficult to cope with the everyday life.
This is an interactive workshop where you will be provided with an opportunity to explore the deeper meaning of your life and learn new strategies to become more confident and to transform your inspirations into aspirations in a creative way.
