Trampoline

Using a trampoline (or rebounder) is a fun and effective way to support your detox. It increases breathing, blood and lymph circulation and promotes sweating, all which speed up the removal of toxins. The gravity and anti-gravity from jumping pour oxygen and nutrients into every cell of your body, while pressing out wastes.
